Looe and Liskeard Hash House Harriers Covid-19 Risk Assessment
This Dynamic Risk Assessment (DRA) dated 29/09/20 is to be reviewed and updated frequently and upon any Government updates regarding events, runs or social gatherings.

Do not crowd pre or post Hash and continue to maintain social distance protocols Do not bunch through Hash while crossing obstacles. Note:
Do not attend any Hash if you experience any signs or symptoms of Covid-19 infection.
Inform the On Sec, if you experience any signs or symptoms of Covid-19 post Hash.
Hashers shall pre-register for all scheduled Hash using the L2H3 Hash Registration (can be found on the L2H3 website) and fully adhere to the self-assessment criteria referenced within the document. The pre-registration is to be submitted no earlier than the Friday before each Sunday Hash
Hares to give Covid-19 standard DRA briefing in line with this assessment and reflecting any future updates
Hares DRA Briefing;
- Confirm all Hashers attending have registered
- Pay Hash Cash pre-Hash and ensure masks are worn, hands and coins are sanitised and the correct cash is given.
- Remind Hashers of the need to, not to bunch and be mindful of social distancing protocols during the Hash, particularly at obstacles and crossings.
- Hashing groups not to bunch post Hash
- Walking or waiting group to be mindful of the need to maintain social distancing during the Hash
- Reminder all the On Down will be Zoom led at the specified time!
